Day 185 Page Finish on Hannah Lynn!

Day 61 - First page finish.

Day 185- Page 2 finished on Hannah Lynn!!

This is about where the 2 complete pages are.
And I have a new start, Hen Party.  This one is for my aunt.  When I was young my aunt used to take her nieces for the weekend and she called it a chicken party, so when I saw this chart I knew I had to stitch it for her.  I can't wait to finish it so I can give it to her.

And while uploading pictures from my camera to my computer I found out someone had been playing with my camera.  He is lucky he is so cute!  This is my sweet baby Thomas or Tom-O as we call him.

And thank you to everyone who visits and leaves comments.  I am not even going to tell you my excitement level when I see there is a new comment or follower but just know that you all make my day :)xx

Mo's Sale Grab Bags have arrived!!

Hiya!!  Look at all these pretties!!  I can't wait to stitch with them!  I am not going to bother to list all of their names because these were grab bags and I know some of them are not for sale on the website.  But if anyone is interested in a certain color comment below and I can tell you the name.  Mo does do re-dyes so you could probably find it in the future or ask her to do a re-dye for you.

The thread don't come looking like they do above, I twisted/twizzled them myself after I had watched this tutorial on how to do it:

Well it is TUSAL time again.  Mostly Hannah Lynn threads this time, though you couldn't tell because I can't take a decent picture if my life depended on it :)  I really did think this was a bright sunny window.  Oh well perhaps when I get a new camera I will learn how to use one properly.  Thanks for stopping by!! :)

New start

Hello!  I am back after a weekend camping at Twin Shores.  If you are ever planning on doing some camping on Prince Edward Island, it is the place to go, we had a blast.  It is so nice to live in such a beautiful place that you don't even have to leave it to go on vacation.  :)

Since we were camping I figured it was as good a time as any for a new start so I started Promise Me by Lizzie*Kate.  My plan right now is to stitch this 3 times.  Twice for my own boys and once for a new nephew/niece that is due around January or February.  We will see how that goes :)

Here is my progress.  Not much for a whole weekend but we hardly stopped all weekend.
Here is the view from our campsite, the beach was just steps away so we spent a lot of time there.  I wish I would have gotten a better picture but it was pretty hazy all day yesterday.

I am happy to be home but can't wait to go back!!  Happy stitching everyone!

I mucked up the name and birthdate, they aren't supposed to look like that :)  If you want to know the fabric and fibers used click here to find that out.
